Procedure
 

Our foreign workers' recruitment procedure is as follow:-
 

Clients' Personnel Requirements :

Sourcing through our overseas offices and conduct preliminary interview with candidates according to clients' instructions and requirements.
 

Short listing of Suitable Candidates :

Short listing suitable candidates through stringent tests and interviews for clients' final selection at candidates' country of origin.
 

Logistics Coordination :

Arranging logistics, accommodation, flights, interview facilities, interview schedules, etc.
 

Final Selection : 

Arrange for our clients' Human Resource Department officers to interview and conduct final selection of suitable candidates at their country of origin.
 

Documents Processing : 

Processing documents required for Work Permit/Employment Pass applications.
 

Orientation :

  • Sourcing for candidates' accommodation
  • Receiving candidates and helping them settle into Singapore
  • Medical Examination
  • Arrangement for Security Bond if required by government regulations.

Counseling Service :

  • Regular counseling to encourage better workers' attitudes and prevent workers' problem
  • Renewal of Work Passes and Passports
  • Assisting in candidates' repatriation, if necessary
